Just a new I created a few days ago :3
His name literally mean Blue lantern! [Lukt, meaning lantern in Icelandic and Sini, being a poetic way of writing blue in Finnish]

They have vitiligo and part of his hair are actually colorless (the white part, they just don't have any pigment). He does dye a part of his hair, but only the white spot that appears in the mostly blue part!
