is ice part australian shepherd? Sorry I mean its a pretty border collie but they can't really have blue eyes Borde collies cant' the only way they can have it if there mixs with australian shepherd/ 
Anyways australian shepherds have the blue eyes and the other breed that can have them are dachshunds (Yes dachshunds can have them but its rare most of the time The Dapple dachshund has that eye coloring of they have the silver coloring"

He's a white factored Border Collie, which is why he has blue eyes. It's not something that's wished for, in Border Collies. Neither the white factor, nor the blue eyes. But both can happen
Basically every breed can have blue eyes, but it's more rare in some breeds. I've seen a Labrador, with a pedigree, with one blue eye.
And that's a beatiful dog, you've got there.

Oh o.o well okay XD then, sorry its just the way he is build I guests because alstraial shepared puppies look like that XD But yet aging Border collies do, But I all I am saying is that it might have some in it if you think about it.

Aussies, and Borders, do look very much alike. Borders are just way more atlethic build, as adults. I think the difference is easy to spot, when looking at the head. Though puppies are hard!
