I used the old Sheep photo from back in my Gallery to practice this whole planet effect thing. I have toyed with the filter effect before, but not for this kind of use, so I thought I'd give it a go, and rather than going with the usual cityscape/treeline thing that seems to be popular, I went with sheep.I might have a proper go at this again sometime, although I'll take a photo beforehand with this effect better in mind. I did a fairly horrific job at stitching the seem, but in my defense I am supposed to be at work, and doing game stuff, not Photoshopping sheep!

As soon as the weather improves a bit, I've got a few ideas I want to try out! Got a new camera to try out some new things too so I'll have a good excuse to actually go do something.
