ShikaNaru sketch I did about a month ago. It's one of my favourite couples. Everytime Naruto wakes up in the hospital, Shikamaru is always there to greet him. I think it's cute ^^I wanted to ink and colour this, but I was so afraid to ruin it, so I left it as is. It was a gift for my lil sister. ^^

yeah it's funny that he's always there, that's why I think that shika has a crush on naruto but that he doesn't really know that, or something like that
