i woud have increased or lowered your shutter speed, at this speed it just looks bland. a more freeze frame might look nice, but the flowing might also.
additionally look at it from a different angle, it's a waterfall, everyone's seen a billion photos of them. when i'm looking at this i'm going "meh, another fucking waterfall shot straight on, how fresh..." so mix it up.
and yeh the font could be better and possibly a tighter border.
play with it, don't be afraid to take a risk or two.

The camera I used wasn't all that spectacular, but I really do need to experiment with some of it's settings. 
The font does bug me the more I look at it, and I think you may also be right about the tighter frame. Thanks for all the advice.

That's a very pretty picture, and since I've always been fascinated with water, this really evokes feelings of bliss in me, but - sorry, I know I'm nitpicking - I think the font you used doesn't work well with the image, and doesn't look "blissful" enough. I think something simpler would look better.

Oh I would have used something like an upper-case Garamond, or maybe something even simpler, like Avant Garde or even Helvetica, with slightly expanded character spacing.
