Kasa Mon from the awesome fanfic Iryo-nin Kasa (医療忍 傘) by Vaengir!
I actually wanted to draw some fanart of her for a while but never got to it.
Also I know she is supposed to have auburn hair but in the beginning of the fanfic it said she had dark purple hair and that was how I imagined her
