This is a collaboration between myself andHe drew the Charizard on the left, it was kind of confusing trying to find ways to make my Charizard match with his, but it was a fun challenge.
I still owe people art trades and stuff arg!!
And there's an MZF contest aahh!

I really hate the new ones, Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur are surely the best starter pokΓ©mon ever!
Procrastinatorman's charizard is more on-model, IMHO, but I like Taki Charizard for the pose and the flame (shiny *.*)... wait... you drew him with three fingers?

Yeah in the pics I was looking at of him he only had 3 fingers! I keep seeing it could be either way.. ~scratches head~

I like VERY FEW of the newer pokemon designs. One of my least favorites is Wingull.. ITS JUST A CARTOON SEAGULL WHERE'S THE CREATIVITY PEOPLE?? XD

It's not creativity. I think new pokΓ©mons lack simplicity. They have lost all their character, they're all kawaii or ultra cool just to please little kids, who are easily amused by their trendy look.
The first 150 were more similar to real animals (except for Diglett, Mew, Mewtwo and some others), yet very original, while these new ones are too... I dunno, distant from reality?
The only new pokΓ© I was fond of was my Typhlosion, but mostly because she was a very rare female starting pokΓ©mon. Or, I think that's rare...?

really? I thought some of them were simple, like the music note looking thing.. and some of them just plain copy animals like wingull. But some of them look insane and yeah, they're probably too complicated
yeah most pokemon are animal based, but they're usually added upon or mixed with other animals' atributes.
what is Typhlosion I don't remember that one.
I like Absol, and he's 'fairly' new. XD
Deoxys is interesing but he's like a porygon mewtwo knock off :/

Typhlosion is the last evolution of Cyndaquil, fire starting pokΓ© in PokΓ©mon: Gold & Silver.

Lol I had a friend who offered me his, I donβtβ remember if I took it or my friend did but it went something like this
