This is very good work. In terms of proportions, depth, tone and value, and what you were trying to portray.
There is a good tone, white being the lightest, and black being the darkest, and values in between that blend well.
The pose is great, offering foreshortening, and depth, along with the facial expression on the hulk indicating his level of anger.
Nothing to me seems to be off in terms of proportions, and the picture is very pleasant to look at. The anatomy looks great, and the veins which add the vascular aspect to the figure also help out.
I think the work itself is done well, and i would be glad to see more. Nice work
