And I've never drawn all the second years, so I thought I should.

Yea, there aren't any subs out there.
I don't think anyone would really want to sub 17 seasons, each w/ 50-100 episodes, and more. Especially when you can't even find some of the really old ones.
So in order to watch Nintama and be able to like it is to rely on the Japanese you already know.
