Banette using Curse. And yes, the pattern of the skull and crossbones is the one on Koffing.
It was somewhat hard coming up with what Curse looks like. It's like all the stat-based attacks, there isn't much you can visualize with an attack like that.

Sweet I just taught my Banette Curse tonight. Its a pain in the Ass that since hes a ghost that it consumes half of his HP but what it does It screws the toughest Pokemon over which is awesome.
