Description
Well, I am a fan of the Megaman/Rockman Series, and well, had to happen one day or another, so, here it is. This is my character, Scales .exe, he is a Net Navi built for order and decisiveness. Though he is straight on the order business, he's not so much focused on his decisiveness. He has a bit of trouble deciding what to do at times, but gets the job done if motivated... Or provoked.Edit: I did this today, since I was quite inspired to.
Edit 2: If anyone wondered, yeah, I already came up with a move list for him. ^^

Indeedy! Those scales hurt with a good swing. And he also produces electricity between the two if he traps you with them.

He uses normal attacks. His main would be those scales on his bracers. But he does have moves involving electricity. One includes him tying his enemy in his chains, and the scales float to both sides of them. The a current of electricity surges between the two shocking them immensely.

By the way, I forgot to say it before, but I LOVE the design of his helmet.

Truthfully, the more I look at it, the more I feel as if I can't recreate that helmet... For some reason it's hard for me to draw it again...
