So I've recently gotten into the cartoon Steven Universe and I got bored and decided to make gem versions of some Hetalia characters. I don't know if anyone really wants to see this or not but I hope someone out there likes it.

I chose the gem for each character based on crystals that are found in their countries. Italy is Rhodonite and his gem is on his chest. I didn't put much thought into why the gems are placed where they are but there is some correlation between the gem locations of characters who are related. It's in the same place as France's because Italy always calls him "Big Brother France" and they are both romantic countries. Spain's would likely be in the same place, though right now I have no plans for him. Romano also has the same placement as Italy as they are part of the same country, however as they are different they do not have the same gem.

I meant to draw each of the pictures in my own style but it was much harder to do than I anticipated and I wanted to get them done well so instead I edited some screen captures of season 5.
The episode used for America is Season 5 episode 2
