The figure in this artwork looks more like the Olympic flame. And the background was colored in red completely. The flame on the artwork's background looks more like a river between two red soils.
I haven't heard about the Olympic flame that can emit steam. This rendition of the Olympic Flame looks much like a machine. I see something sparklin in the artwork's red background!
