Another OC from Realms of Destiny, my novel. Miraina's 4th Guardian, Guardian of the Earth, Grand Maester Grantig Shieldfall, Head of Magic and Defence.

I had so much fun just sketching him XD I winged the entire outfit, no idea what it was gonna look like but i think i like the look :3 I didn't even know what his hair colour was, but after playing around I'm liking it alot.

Name+ Title: Grand Maester Grantig Shieldfall (Head of Magic and Defence)

Race: Sylrill

Age: 242 Celestial years

Height: 191 cm

Hair Colour: Short blonde, parts down the middle.

Eye Colour: Blue.

Heart gem: Green

Wings: White feathered wings with glass orbs on the bend. Within the orb there are swirling green essences of the earth. When he doesn’t have his wings they appear in the form of a green cape.

Special Powers: The elements of earth, and healing power like all other sylrillians.

Skills: Maester of Magic. Born with the power of the Earth, Grantig is a skilled magician, and with very strong magical powers, he was able to train himself to command the other elements as well as manipulating the Sylrillian power of light as defensive magic. He carries around an enchanted short sword just in case he couldn't use his magic.

Personality: A top student from the Royal Magic Academy, Grantig comes from a rather modest background as far as Sylrillians go. He is extremely intelligent and mature for his age since he was a child, and often enjoys spending time alone. He was the first Sylrill who devised the way for a non-royal blood to manipulate more than 1 element. Grantig is the oldest of all guardians, but he was also the 4th to join the ranks, and thus he, unlike the others, did not grow up with Miraina.
Grantig views his guardian post an extreme honour and would do what he could to protect Miraina. However, he views Byakuron's informal approach to the princess and Solarus's encouragement of Byakuron's childish behavior with distaste. His relationship with the other guardians are not as good as the others, partially because he feels like he's babysitting a bunch of kids alot of the time. However, he does respect the skills and abilities of the other guardians and believes that no other Sylrill would do a better job.

Weapon: Grand Maester's Staff of the Earth (A powerful artefact given only to the Grand Maester, the four elemental Staffs keeps Sylrillia in magical balance, only one can be taken out of its sealing place and used at a time, and so depending on what element the Grand Maester of the time commands, that staff will be in use).

An unnamed enchanted short sword, a family heirloom.
