Description
Definitely one of my favorite of the tribals I did this afternoon/night/evening. I was originally going to finish vectoring this tomorrow (well, later today) but was struck with a bought of insomnia (likely from stress) and so figured I'd finish and post it now.

As many of my friends well know, Gyarados is one of my all time favorite pokemon. In fact I would probably say it surpasses ninjask as favorite pokemon, but I digress. This is probably one of the more complex tribals I've done in a while, definitely of the set so far, and there's a couple things I still want to tweak (namely the tail fin), but overall I'm fairly proud of how this one turned out. Much better than the Skarmory anyway.
