A few weeks ago I received a commission to make a 15in long crochet plushie of the character Beta Ray Bill (in his 'baby' form from one of the comics). Now, please be kind, as I'm not very familiar with this character outside of the reference images his owner sent me and what little I looked up before making him, so...

Now, his colors were all done in pastels - and that was requested by his owner. They wanted him to really be captured in his "baby" form and the pastels and floppy pose would really help bring all of that out. Again, it was their choice.

I worked on him for around 4 days and was able to use my large body pattern from a previous 2ft commission and that helped ease the stress of making another big amigurumi by a lot xD

Overall, I adore how he turned out, and he's so squishy and cuddly it's wonderful! All of his details and color swaps are done during the crochet process, the only part that was were his eyes - those were needle-felted. I especialy enjoyed making the wings on his helmet, and not just because they were the last pieces!

Well, that's basically all I have to say, and I hope you all like him! He was definitely a unique request for someone who usually gets Pokemon/Digimon/Warcraft commissions, which makes me even happier to have make him
