Tell me, Ferox... Why do you still struggle against me?
Having a character that's essentially possessed by a malevolent fire elemental makes for fantastic vent art material... Go figure!
I have alluded to Ferox's dual nature a couple of times, but I have not explicitly shown what happens when his more... volatile side takes over.
I'm going to try and edit this process into a speedpaint video, but finding music that fits this is going to be hard... if you have any ideas for (preferably copyright-free) music I could put to this, please do inform me!

It does seem like I'm getting the hang of digital painting, and comments like these really help motivate me to keep improving ^^
My goal is to have the prologue finished some time in September, and when it's finished some light will be shed on Ferox's situation. (That pun was unintended, but then I decided it's so bad I'm keeping it

Jesus Christ these flame effects are on point. This truly does look like some sort of demonic-ish possession.
I also like how you hide the rest of the body behind shadows... It makes the whole picture feel... Uneasy. I had some shivers looking at it (not too many, I am a brave boy).
Still, looking at Ferox I can't but help to think on your usual pictures of angry-grumpy cats. It is almost as if there was no more fish in the fridge, or something.
