Description Very simple animation for practice. I'm trying to learn!

This was drawn by hand on printer paper and a light box, then compiled via a free gif making website. If anyone has suggestions for software to compile 2D animation frames, I would love to hear them!

Photoshop does it (ImageReady, or go to Window>Animation); it's kind of a pain dealing with layer visibility stages, but it can be done by stacking the layers and then turning the visibility on and off in stages. The jump-rope is lovely! Nice movement in the hair and skirt!

I usually just compile them in Flash. Though that might be kind of silly since it's a drawing program as well. I'm just terrible at digitally drawing.
