This is a rework of an older character of mine, for a separate project I plan on working on next year. His original name was Radical Red but with the rework his name has been reduced to simply, Red. Of the original characters (outside of Delta) he is the only one who has changed the least amount. I always liked his design, so I didn't want to mess with it too much. The biggest change I made was remove the majority of the green and orange highlights and replace the tip of his tail with a cattle prod.
