This is a new oc. His name is Neal and he is a demon. See his tail? It splits into three separate tails and can combine as one with three ends. Uhmmm yeah. I like how t his came out. SEE MUM I DRAW BOYs! Btwww hes a cross-dresser. He doesn't like to wear dresses and skirts though... so he wears really short shorts ..maybe heels...and flower crowns. He only wears dresses on special occasions and for the entertainment of others...if they beg.Ill put more about him when I get enough watchers ....
