Description
My submission for the exchange hosted by is forMai's character of choice for this exchange was Alia Atreides, from the Dune series by Frank Herbert. I also loved this series, and found the time and inspiration to re-read the first two books (now part way through the third) while making this for Mai.
This is the second time I have had the pleasure of interpreting something for Mai, I hope she enjoys it this time round

You know I was going back over my favourites and saw this one. I was really happy that you had read the books and hadn't just watched the movie...or worse, "Dune, what?" Many people wouldn't have known what tragic character Alia was. You did a great job on her!
