I read in a how to draw manga book a little something about hair colour. It's all true when you think about it
Blonde - Loud, happy etc
Black - Very calm, quiet, bold, evilish
Pink - Ditzy and stupid
White - If not an old person, then it represens someone with some sort of inhuman antic. Eg: white angels are... angels. Allen is cursed, Kimimaro has a freaky (cool) ability etc
