Excellent work! I'm still intrigued as to what the whole story behind this is. Did Stork plan the accident? My evil mind can just see him saying "Not too worry, Mr. Rex. Let me get that." while bending and kneeling down right in the front of Billy with a towel and starts to rub continuously to "dry" Billy's crotch.

honestly you will have to ask for the information, since it was his idea, he just wanted billy rex in some sort of coffee incident, and I happily obligued... adding stork in the end was just a quick idea to prevent the monotony of the background.
btw the background is entirely based in a screenshot for "THE STORM HAWKS SEVEN" (when the storm hawks are making the weird faces for training and Starling is all like "WUT")
