Gosh, it's been a while since I've played "Pokemon Battle Revolution", I'd have to recheck pachirisu to see how diabolical it is in the game. If that's the case, then it's no wonder Pachirisu became the World Champion for the Video Game Championships back in 2014.

I always loved how each region had their own version of Pikachu. As in some kind of adorable, electric, non-evolving (besides Pichu), furry creature. Johto had Pichu (again, evolve into Pikachu, but I still count it), Hoenns was Plusle and Minun, Sinnoh had Pachirisu, Unova had Emolga, and Kalos had Dedenne. Dedenne may be my favorite, but Pachirisu is definitely my second!
