Even though this chapter was short, it is by far-in my opinion-the best chapter ever.Β They end with an explanation and they don't just fight with no reasoning.Β I like this chapter mainly because the Ice Climbers and Ness settle their dispute.Β Maybe it's just me, but Ness looks somewhat similar to Popo.

Ness peacefully surrendering to let the Ice Climbers move on is probably the best outcome, here.Β It's not too often in fiction, especially given the fighting game genre's nature that is the original source material, to have a conflict end as peacefully as it does here.Β It makes these moments stand out.

Well, I was thinking about something like, Ness would willingly jump over the plateform and "kill" himself to let them win.
Or even let them knocking him out in purpose, so they can continue their journey.
But hey, a happy end works too.

It's not out of the question. Ever tried fighting a Level 9 Ness on Jungle Japes in Melee? Although in the Onett stage, there is no 'platform', it just extends out from the sides so he'd just have to run out of bounds until death.
