Before you comic, I didn't know that this move was called belaying and it's an actual practice mountaineers would use. But all I can think of this song playing while they're Up Belaying. XD

Certain characters can, but not these two.

I like how in Melee you can switch who's the main Ice Climber and who's the CPU.

Just switch the color palette. And look closely. In some color palettes, it's Nana who is the leading Ice Climber. You can see the hairstyle changing.

When you change their colors, it changes which one is leading. I believe that it goes: default = Popo, next = Nana, next = Popo, etc. In Brawl it's much more obvious as when selecting the character the portrait shows the leading climber in front.

i don't think that's how physi... wait...
if we calulate the power from a jump and the power of the come back to make him go higher who will give him more momentum he should be able to go higher but only if the mass that sent him up...
well it can work, but not in this case.
wait no, i forgot to calculate friction!

charliedulol In reply to punx193 [2017-02-07 13:26:15 +0000 UTC]
i can't, but i try to keep things simple and just wonder if such prosesse can allow to get higher
can be from 1 to 1,01 or from 200 to 4000
as long as f(x)>x it should work.
that's how we say the result of a formula right? f(x)?

Well, the Ice Climbers are able to toss each other, so I'd say both of them are pretty strong.

Not a bad Belay! It worked out in the end.
I'd say both of them are pretty strong for their size.

I agree. They've been climbing mountains for years and are quite adept at this sort of thing.
