I'm trying to wrap my head around this. She's a fire glass and her fire is icicle shaped? The description ("fiery shaped icicles") makes me think the opposite - that she's got ice/water powers and creates icicles that are shaped like fire.

Her powers are based on the "freeze burn" term. While she can create normal fire, she can also create fire so cold it burns you. And the flames can leave icicles behind.
