So how does it evolve, Gossifleur can only evolve into Eldegoss while Sewaddle can evolve all the way to Levanny.

Once he has three bond points (I've drawn him three times), he can evolve once. I can choose which sides to evolve or not to. At level 6 bond (I've drawn him six times) he can evolve second time.
I'll probably draw him six times and evolve him right to leavanny/eldegost
