Decided to make this just in case if some people didn't read the journal. I'll stick this to my main page too.So yeah, RD and its characters are going through some visual changes and the histories of all characters will be rewritten to make them more interesting.
Judging by some comments, some people thought I would be changing a lot more and the story is no longer canon. No, rest assure people, these changes are only visual and affect mostly character's pasts. What happened in the story so far, happened.
We will continue the comic normally when I am done with these updates.
So yes, The Random Doom comic is on a hiatus until I am done with this series' makeover/reboot.
I'd also like to thank you all who wished and showed me their support about this. I dunno about you guys but I think I am getting my RD mojo back.

I absolutely love your comic so I can't wait when you upload more of it! Just a question, 'cause I like spoilers, are there going to any new characters to introduced? I mean, you only got one gen 5 Pokemon and gen 6 is on it's way.

Any new big characters? Most likely not. Fifth gen pokemon will have their own comic series (black on White, that has been on the making for... 2-3 years XD). As for sixth gen? No ideas for that.

And no ideas for 6 gen? Well, I got one. Maybe you could introduce a Chespin to the series and have it and Scratch become best buddies. And Sibelius could get jealous and start a fight with either the Chespin or Scratch. It would make an interesting story for the younger characters in the series, but this is your comic, so you obviously decide what to do. lol

They were dull and way too similar. I've learned a lot about writing character back stories and I want to update them.

A reboot, I better read your journal. I've been gone for a while, Hurricane Sandy hit my town hard (Don't know if you heard about it) I live in New York. We lost power, looting, flooding, alot of bad stuff. But things are better now, but i return to major RD news changes. I'm convinced now, this is the decade of the reboots. We've seen it in comics, web comics, movies franchises... I wouldn't be surprised if TV series started taking this route.
Yes, I'm aware that in the case of "Random Doom" it's more of an aesthetic redesign, and part retcon, but the point remains.
