SO.MUCH.SPLATOON... Do I have an excuse? No, I do not. Enjoy. More splatoon art from tumblr.1. My view on male octolings. Based on the little hint we got about them in the game.

8. I am convinced little inklings find Spyke scary.
9. Inklings die if they go to water, meaning they have no use for snorkels, meaning they have no idea what they are nor how they work, further proving inklings are fashion hipsters and I love them.
10. When guys use the octoling armor, it looks a bit different.

@10: The Octoling Armour doesn't look different on guys. What looks different on guys is that they wear a rashguard (for some reason) that they wear the armour on top of.

Wait, why is it the female with an arm with missing suckers? It's the other way around in real life. The octogents have an, erm, special arm that they use... kind of like they're often portrayed using in certain comics involving high school girls.
Liking the grown up inklings! Though shouldn't Blue be wearing a wreath of anemones? Ha ha ha. Also, tentacle in tentacle, aww! What a cute Urkel-esque little inkling there! Is Spike part porcupinefish or urchin? In any case, I love how you make the inkling lean on her friend supported by her tentacles. That and I have no idea why a snorkel would even exist if no one can swim (why do aquatic people die from getting wet? How does that make any sense whatsoever?!?).
Love the inkay meeting! Inkay's so adorable!! Sweet series of cephalopod scrawlings here!
