at least in my eyes.Well I'm thinking about using this in my AP studio Art porfolio for school. Thus random signature in it for once. Probably will put into temporary storage after awhile or when the date gets closer... But for now

Thanks for all the pointers. Even though it is a little harsher than what I'm used to, I still think you pointed out a lot of good points, although with the hat, I did actually draw a head in first
But I can agree with the anatomy, I rarely ever do people sitting, and it is air she is sitting on, it's supposed to be a dream-like world so it's the world inside her head pretty much. I'm not sure if you've had dreams like mine, but they can all be funky and stuff, but hey that's just me and we both have our different opinions. Ahh... then maybe add a little depth to the crown? (circular dome) or the hat? I dunno how to explain it, you just have to look at pictures and see for yourself. ^^
Ohhh... I see now, lol. I normally get some of my ideas from dreams too. It's just how it goes, lol.
Well the problem with your clouds is that they're too... cartoony, not that that's a bad thing, but their shapes are too similar and they're way too simple. I suggest looking at pictures of clouds, or just look at how professionals draw/paint clouds. You have the shading down, it's just that the overall shapes are too simple.
