well i think there is nothing more to say
worked on it with PS CS3 + Genius Tablet
time i needed 40 Minutes
I used a preference photo for this one...
so this is a PAINTING not a monipulation
i found this picture on a russian site and loved it, but now i found it here on dA, i really didnt know, that this one is here... otherwise i first would ask for promission to use this as a referense...

Yeah I also don't think it really matters what kind of tablet you have. If you have it in you, you'll make a great art even if it's $40 cheap genuine (if it exists) XD
