Well this one i started some days ago and now its done
inspirations and help i had from 2 tutorials...

It's in Portuguese. I translated it for those who couldn't understand the text:
1. opens a file transparent in photoshop and put a gradient with foreground and background 3567a6 #: # 0a1b30. In order to make something of this style:
2. Duplicate the layer and, with a round brush to 15% and white, paints a moment the bottom of the image that ate fiques with something like:
3. Now select a part of the image and the vai Filter> Render> Clouds, for ficares with the image thus:
4. It makes free to transform this piece of image and puts it in the top of a puoco distorted image. Put this layer in Linear Dodge. Duplica it and makes Transform> Flip Vertical and puts it in the bottom of the image in Color Dodge and opacity to 70%. You are going to have something like this:
5. Now, a round brush size of 650 pixels, opacity to 15% and white, paints in the middle to make it so (all in a new layer)
6. Now put a nomezinho in the centre of the picture and ready, this done!
