Chapter 14 - Mission:2. Enlisting a new Economy: Pamphlets for Prosperity.
"I'm not interested in starting pointless bloodshed, after all. Remember the last war?
They always point a finger at the violent ones. So let them fight, we're better than that!"
Everyone will be handing out these objective scrolls, each of which contain our goals -
But also a piece of gold, a little... motivation to join us in helping rebuild this village.
First we will target the poor district, then the moderate districts, and lastly the rich!
I'm sure with a little convincing, the entire village will see our way of thinking soon enough.
Your Task:
Draw or Write about your character distributing the scrolls to the populace.
Naturally, the poorest will be the first to cave - target them first, then the rest.
Reward: 1 Mission Credit

This is actually intentional., hence the title, it was supposed to remind of a weapon since this is technically the weapon used by the Reborn Phoenix faction to persuade the poor without violence. >D
