(Also, refrain from "criticizing" it or "redesigning" it. These are made for fun and the only person I should be getting help from is myself and myself only (unless it's for names))
I wanna do something different and make Paradox versions of Phanpy. The reason why I chose it as Donphan is one the three Pokemon to have two Paradox forms (others being Volcarona and Cyclizar). I tried my best to make it be a baby version of Great Tusk and Iron Treads and still look like Phanpy at the same time. Truth be told: I never drawn Phanpy before and I felt like using bases would be cheating so I decided to hand draw (Well. Mouse draw) Phanpy. Instead of drawing another Phanpy, I just copy and pasted the Great Tusk Phanpy and edited it to look like Iron Treads Phanpy. Saves a lot of time.
