Well, this I did with my new drawing tablet! It took me a while to get used to it, and I obviously still have to learn colouring techniques and etc. But this is what I came out with.

I am SO obsessed with The Phantom of the Opera, it's not even funny. I saw the movie, listened to my orignal cast Musical soundtrack, and bought the original book!!!!

So, this picture came about when I was listening to "The Phantom of the Opera" from the movie soundtrack, (with Gerard Butler as the Phantom and Emmy Rossum as Christine), when Erik takes Christine down into the depths under the Opera house for the first time.

Please don't flame me for it being crappy! I JUST got the tablet on X-mas and I really needs tips and tutorials on the colouring/sketching process, lol. And hey! For thsoe of you who know me to be disgruntled with the formerly known fact that I'm not creative, well, I drew this picture trying to just let the music move through me. . . and this is what came out! Holy cow! I was rather impressed that I DIDN'T NEED A REFERENCE FOR ANYTHING, yet it still ended up relatively DECENT! And yes, I wanted it to be a mix between realism and a manga/anime style. I shall try to make other versions, in the future.

I'm thinking about trying to colour it and to make some minor changes on it... what do you think? Please let me know what you think about it, and what changes I can make, and if you're confused on anything at all

(Oh, btw- GO SEE THE MOVIE! Gerard is SO hot, and as the Phantom... especially when he comes down the stairs as Red Death ... The sexual tone and romance were so... riveting! )
