5? That might explain the lag. -runs of to cut down some frames-
Anddddd I'm not sure if I set out my frames the same way as you.

In photoscape ,you know you can change the time (10 seconds 5 seconds exc.) o u o DA has nothing to do with how slow it moves or how fast..

I always have it at one, but for some reason it's always slower on DA. Waittttt. Do you use .jpeg files or .png files?

...When I save, each frame I save it as a png, when I save it animated,I saved it as a gif..If the speed is normal when you view it on photoscape but its slow on DA then its DA the fault :U

Hm... You've made a PSD file with a separate layers for every element of the pic (like eyes, BG and body), am I right?

Welllll no.
I did it in SAI, keeping certain parts as a base.

Uhhhhh. Well I kept separate layers for the clothes and body, and a folder for the different eye layers.

Okay, I kinda understand it now XD
If you want, I can try to color it for you, so you'll see it easier ^^

Well, it's simple: make a separate layer under body lineart, color it, then do the same for every part of your pic ^^
