Description EDIT: Lol DA messes the speed up.
EDIT2: Cut down a few frames and made him blink 3 times. <3
;u; U haven't animated in a while, so I'm kinda rusty. ~Terribly gave me motivation to start again. (She's an awesome animator soihfoihiofo;sgbi;bsg.)
~~~
Yessss some parts aren't great, I know. I was gonna make the ears move but I got lazy. XD I'll probably colour it in sometime... When I figure out how to. XD So for now, enjoy my fail animation.
~~~
Programs Used: Paint Tool SAI, Photoscape.
Frames: 5 for blinking, 25 all together.

9 frames?I use only 5 for blinking o: as example the breeze one had 5 for blinking but 13 total frames...For all that o w o I could help you with the coloring with some print screen?

5? That might explain the lag. -runs of to cut down some frames-
Anddddd I'm not sure if I set out my frames the same way as you.

Yup,also the blinking is kind of slow,you could try and speed it up a bit?

D: Iunno how. DA makes it go slow.

In photoscape ,you know you can change the time (10 seconds 5 seconds exc.) o u o DA has nothing to do with how slow it moves or how fast..

Tamster224 In reply to TerriblyTerrible [2010-10-16 15:58:52 +0000 UTC]

I always have it at one, but for some reason it's always slower on DA. Waittttt. Do you use .jpeg files or .png files?

TerriblyTerrible In reply to Tamster224 [2010-10-16 16:56:28 +0000 UTC]

...When I save,each frame I save it as a png,when I save it animated,I saved it as a gif..If the speed is normal when you view it on photoscape but its slow on DA then its DA the fault :U

It must be DA then.

Hm... You've made a PSD file with a separate layers for every element of the pic (like eyes, BG and body), am I right?

Tamster224 In reply to Juricha-the-geek [2010-10-15 20:35:27 +0000 UTC]

Welllll no.
I did it in SAI, keeping certain parts as a base.

Uhhhhh. Well I kept separate layers for the clothes and body, and a folder for the different eye layers.

Juricha-the-geek In reply to Tamster224 [2010-10-15 20:45:14 +0000 UTC]

Well, it's simple: make a separate layer under body lineart, color it, then do the same for every part of your pic ^^
