Hey! I'm here from ProjectComment !
This is a lovely, green tinted photograph! Well spotted, the lines make it very interesting to look at One thing that bugs me a little, however, is the small red things we can see in the background. They distract me a little from the wonderful green lines in this picture. I have to say that I agree with 3wyl below me on the composition. A square format would make this photograph even more interesting, especially if Β you only take the right side of the photograph, I think it would create a very interesting, abstract like view of the sharp leaves that you have portrayed here, and it will help to keep our eyes on the subject as well, instead of getting distracted by the little red things (i have no idea what they are so things is the best way to call them )
However, I hope my feedback helps you, and if you have questions, do not hesitate to as, I'll be happy to help

I think that fascination is understandable when looking at this piece! The way the green takes up most of the forefront, and the way the sharp leaves are angled and displayed in such a way that they're like steps (for a tiny person), really heightens the abstract feeling of this piece.
I really like how you have angled the camera, or captured the main subject matter at an angle so that it adds further interest to this piece. It's not 'boring' because there are dynamics captured in the angle.
The depth of field is pretty cool in making sure the background is blurred out so that we only focus on the main subject matter. However, in terms of the composition, as it is so wide, I feel this could be cropped so that the length and width are more in line with one another, if that makes sense.
For example, with the right side being blurred out, as much as the left side, it wouldn't hurt to crop that out so that we focus on what is in focus. Alternatively, you could consider cropping this into a square to create a different kind of composition. The square and the angled leaves would create a cool perspective.
The colours and lighting aren't too bad, though a bit more saturation, brightness and contrast wouldn't hurt. At the same time, the naturalness of this piece produces a lovely atmosphere and mood.

Thank you.
Your observations are appreciated. I did try several compositions on this one. I really like it but found the best composition hard to settle on.
I may work with it some more and see what else can be done with it or what other images I can do in a similar fee.
Yes, I tried higher contrast but went back to a more natural feel so the impact of what it is was not lost. It does make a completely different feel, you are correct.

I love how sharp the image is, as well as the posing of the camera and the perspective you chose! There's no doubt in my mind that this image was a bit challenging to create ^_^

lol. Good camera for some things...a pain for others. Seriously frustrating on many.
