Gadget tries on a new outfit, a scene of her walking through the streets mingling with other humans as David bowie’s “Changes” plays, a scene of her fixing something, Listening to her favorite bands on Julie’s Walkman, running into officers kirby and muldoon and slyly giving them a hint that they have already met a member of the mysterious rescue rangers, and she and Julie have a sisterly bond.

Julie also reveals a big surprise. She has been following the rangers’ reports and is eager to see who they are herself. On her cork board in her room were newspaper clippings, blurry photos, bits of the rangers’ vehicles, even some fur samples. She’s also pretty confident that animals and humans work together to stop crime. She even once sent a letter to the rangers which was carried by the wind and got caught in a branch at ranger HQ. After hearing all this, gadget was shocked to hear that Julie knew about the rescue rangers already, but became excited knowing about this chance of having them recognized as the heroes that they are known to be.

We also get an adorable moment of gadget hugging chip, who’s soothed by the rhythmic sound of her larger heartbeat and blushing from being held so close to her.
