Tattoos are evidencethat sometimes we love something
so much,
so unconditionally,
we forever want it embedded
And even if the colors fade,
and the lines become wrinkled
Or even if we form a strong abhor;
an everlasting distaste for it,
the thing we loved
will forever be part of us
For like the ink it's written in,
true love lasts

Tattoos were originally used to indicate membership of armies specifically naval units, and then were used by pirates; bandits; gangs and such, now they are used commercially to indicate just about anything

Tattoos can have a meaning behind something on you. Like if you were a cutter or have scares you can cover them with a tattoo. ButΒ
my boyfriend doesn't agree with a tattoo because it's a constant reminder of what I used to do. (Cut) I makes e mad but oh well. I just wanted to

Thank you! I don't either, but I just hate when people put stereotypes on certain subjects! So I wanted to give a new viewpoint on the situation!

When I was a young teen my closest cousin died, and my dad (who loves tattoos) asked me what I thought about having a cross and the day/year of my cousin's birth and death done on his upper arm. I begged him not to. I told him I didn't want to see death on his skin, and that if he got one done in his honor it should be of life. I didn't want to see his body become a graveyard.
He said he understood, and instead had an owl inked in its place. It's realistic and beautiful, and I think my cousin would have liked it too.Β
Memories can be engraved into the skin, but how you choose to engrave them determines the way they're remembered.
