Description
This is loosely based on the Vipers from Battlestar Galactica just as a rough reference. I'm going to have a go at texturing it but I have no idea how that will turn out.Thanks

Is this a paper model?

Good model. There exists a very detailed tutorial for a Viper. It is rather old and is meant for Lightwave, but it was excellent. I'll give you the ref, provided I'm able to retrace it.

I did think about this but I thought that stylistically it looks much better with them. Also I could say that they are for entering atmosphere around a planet where aerodynamics have relevance (not that a space fighter would often be required to do this).
