Honestly, at first he'd be super surprised to know that she ice-skates too (along with the other 12345 things she can do lmao), and later he'd just sit back and enjoy the show. He personally isn't too active, but he loves to watch, heck he likes to watch his girlfriend do literally anything, really.
Also he might as well think of a story about figure-skating love as he watch so expect a lot of random notes taken haha
