Our guys sill clear mines by sweepers and dogs.. The trucks do however have the grills and the undersides are armoured and APC's are shaped to deflect the blast..

That's how we normally do it, too. Β The vehicles are nice for protection, but about two days into the mission, they got tight real quick, haha. Β

Fantastic shot. Great scenery and what a spun out vehicle, could not have imagined it if I tried. I'm off to look at the Photography / Photojournalism / Military section now to see what other cool images there are.
