I don't have a name for this character yet, so any helpful comments would be appreciated....This is mostly pencil, and the wings are pastel, and I touched it up a little on Picasa (mostly just added the glow effect)
and, and btw, his legs look kind of short in this picture, but those are supposed to be boots, not sneakers, so his legs are actually quite longer.
