allow me to speak out my thinking although i am not yet done mine too Orz
its seems like your habit that the outline is visible in most of your artwork... actually i think that you can make some erasing of some unnecessary outline like light source and light spot, it will make the picture look more further realistic with it.
this should be done with the background too, the background outline shoulnt be much more visible than the subject in front.
Boonshin did said too that the background should be done much more detailed Orz
And the raindrop too, some of them should be much visible and sharp edge.
