Description ... and nice colours

Thanks to *FireFlyExposed I now know that these are called Osteospermum with the common name "African Daisy"

Edit:
Since the date stamp seems to have a distracting effect I changed it into a frame with my sig ...
... and turned it around ~ yes - it's been upside down and I didn't realize it until now

Thank you!

Ostrospernum - so hat's what they are called? I never saw them before and was really fascinated from the shape and the center colours when I "stumbled over them"

The common name is the "African Daisy"
I love them so much ... I photographed one as well: [link]

The one you photographed is actually a hybrid where the leaves curl. The non hybrid types petals don't curl.

Oh yes, I see
... and I think, you have a very nice shot of this sort, too [link]
The one I shot was together with some others

and it really seems to be the same kind.
Thank you again – Now I know that I like African Daisys
(and also catched a nice one for my gallery from you)
