Thank you for saying "English" and not "British".

Too right. I'm English, and it gets really irritating when people insist on calling you "British" all the time. It's like being called Asian when Asian can mean Chinese, Japanese, Fillipino, Vietnamese...

I say someone is Britt when I have no clue about. I know a little what you mean, I'm Asian Japanese and everybody thinks I'm Korean or Chinese. NO, I'M JAPANESE DAMMIT!
There's a Chinese girl on my class and the teachers always get confused. LOL!

Well, technically it's not incorrect as England is in Britain, but Britain can mean England, Scotland, Wales or even Northern Ireland so I kind of dislike being given such a broad label.

The weather is more bipolar than a polar bear with bipolar disorder at the north pole riding a bicycle. It'll be pissing down with rain one day, roasting the next. It just can't make up its mind, but no worries; we love to complain whatever the conditions are.

Umbrella? But then we wouldn't be able to complain about being cold and wet!

You live in Brazil? Awesome. I saw a documentary on it the other day; bloody beautiful country. I wouldn't mind going there.

I can't remember the name of it, but it had some absolutely beautiful landscapes in it...it did mention that there was a lot of buildup to the Olympics, though.

Yeah, I heard on the same documentary that Rio's currently undergoing a massive Police operation to get the drug gangs out of the Favelas. What they showed of the other areas looked fantastic, though. Better climate than England, less pollution...

Christ, even the Marines are in on it? Makes sense, I guess...I've seen photos of armoured vehicles rolling through the Favelas on militaryphotos.net.
SΓ£o Paulo's cold, then?

Yes, even the Marines, I saw the pics. >-<' The Armour are from them, and the heli are from the Police's Special Squad [we call them BOPE], their training is similar to Marines, they're the most bad*ss squad from here.
SΓ£o Paulo's weather remembers London, I think maybe is the reason why it have lots of English people. This year, winter was about -6ΒΊC. Cold for a tropical country. Rio's winter is 30 to 40ΒΊC.

Oh man, I know the BOPE. I did research into them a while back - they're friggin' hardcore. They're kind of like the German GSG9.
You get lots of English people in SΓ£o Paulo? Bloody typical. They probably do it because they love to complain about being too cold even though they're on holiday. xD

Yes, they're hard core, it's says, 100 people that take their training, about 2 to 5 continues.
Tipical, they always complain about the weather. -.-' they made me speak "Bloody Hell" everytime, Soccer is not Football, say words like matter and letter like "mattah" and "lettah" write "realise" then "realize" and "honour" then "honor". On 50's SΓ£o Paulo was knew as Brazilian London. LOL! XD

I know more about SAS when played CoD... XD I think the best part of their coaching here is when they're tossed on the middle of the forest and they have only a compass to find their way out. There's a movie about them called: "Tropa de elite"- Translation: Elite Squad about BOPE. I don't know if English sibbs are avaible on internet.
Those bloody bastards...I love them so much. In Brazil they have other thing to complain: Thunders.

CoD4 did get the SAS mostly right, but there's a lot of minor errors - for example, they don't use the M4 Carbine. They use the American variant, the C8, but I suspect they just didn't want to create a whole new skin for what basically would have been the same weapon. And the rank of Private doesn't exist in the SAS either - all new recruits are automatically demoted to the rank of Trooper, which also makes the fact that Soap is supposedly a Sergeant an error when he's the FNG of the squad.
"Tropa de elite"...sounds interesting, I'll have a look for it online. Their selection process does sound very similar to that of the SAS.
