Blossom Pups are small fluffy canines that have the tails of plants. Throughout the year, depending on the plant growing, there is a "bloom" season where they are in full bloom form. However, there is also a "dormant" season when the blossom pup's plant tail dies and they revert to a small puppy form. In their puppy form they have very tiny back legs and it makes it hard for them to move very much. This is to conserve energy for their bloom season. However, they (obviously) look cuter and are smaller. Blossom pups can also be identified by their small but sharp fang or fangs, and vestigial wings - they have small slanted eyes in their full bloom form and closed eyes in their puppy form.
