with which technology has been done? Casting?

the base is a antiqued brass piece I bought online. Then I rolled out some black polymer clay and used a stamp sheet I have to make the image. I cut the circle by using a cookie cutter like circle. Placed the clay in the oven for about 15 minutes. I then painted it with enamel paint. THEN I used paint thinner to thin the paint and wiped some off. Finally I put a layer of gloss glaze for a shine.
