Reaver and Anna the day of Jacques' -my Hero of Bowerstone- funeral. Of course, Reaver would be the one to show up in white to such an event. And Anna was more than happy to finally get rid of her husband.Despite their outrageous pose, Reaver and Anna's relationship was never a sexual one. They flirted, much to the dismay of the court, but that was as far as it went, and only for the sake of a good scandal. It's an unspoken secret only the both of them knew and never ever discussed, but they're actually father and daughter.

This is a gorgeous piece, I love Anna's hair and expression, and how Reaver is partially obscured by shadow. Him being the deviant that he is, I thought it was a nice touch having him hold his own daughter in an almost suggestive manner. I wouldn't expect anything less from him.

At least in my head-universe, I don't think Reaver cincerns himself with such a thing as gender. He takes whomever -or whatever- he finds useful, interesting or simply ammusing, and discards them once they serve their purpose.
Having said that -and after updating the piece's explanation- he wasn't actually sleeping with Anna. She is his unacknowledged daughter.
